Hi! I’m Aurora! I’m a third year English Major with a concentration in creative writing. I love taking creative writing classes at MCLA, because I get to express my own creativity and read the work that my peers write. My dream is to one day publish my own novels. My favorite types of stories to write for The Beacon are Student Spotlights. It’s just so rewarding to get to sit down and chat with one of my fellow students who I may not have hung out with otherwise, and listen to them tell me about the amazing things they do on campus. Aside from writing, I love to knit! You may even catch me in class knitting during a lecture from time to time. I’m hoping to finish the scarf I’ve been working on soon so I can use it to stay warm this fall!
