Hi! I’m Madelyn (Madi) Ogorzalek ’27, and I’m excited to join the staff of the Beacon, as a Staff Writer, for the 2023-2024 year! As an English and Education major, I hope to become an English teacher after graduation. In my free time, I enjoy reading, in particular fantasy novels. I also enjoy creative outlets in my free time, such as sewing and creative writing. I’m very excited to join the Beacon this semester, and hope to write features and news articles for the paper!
